<p>We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Computer Hardware Technician to join our IT and editorial team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, configuring, troubleshooting, benchmarking, and repairing computer hardware, as well as assisting and creating technical content.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4><ul><li>Diagnose hardware issues and determine appropriate fixes</li><li>Perform repairs on a wide range of computer hardware including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, power supplies, and hard drives</li><li>Conduct quality assurance tests on repaired systems</li><li>Benchmark hardware performance and make recommendations for improvements</li><li>Review, compare and test various hardware and components</li><li>Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and inventory</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by advising clients on maintenance and hardware solutions</li><li>Edit articles, reviews, and features for accuracy, clarity, and coherence</li><li>Collaborate with writers and journalists to develop content ideas</li><li>Provide technical insights for articles focusing on hardware and technology</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><h4>Qualifications:</h4><p><br></p><ul><li>Passion for staying current on computer hardware technologies and trends</li><li>Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting and communication skills</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in computer hardware repair</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, etc.) are a plus</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>In-depth knowledge of benchmarking software and techniques</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>High attention to detail and quality</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><h3>What We Offer:</h3><ul><li>Competitive Salary according to your skills and there is no bar for deserving candidates</li><li>Build an international portfolio and work for top-level brands</li><li>Creative and competitive environment to let your passion grow</li></ul><p><br></p>
